Licensing & Regulatory Compliance

​

​Abundance International Protective Services (AIPS) is a fully licensed and insured security provider operating under the laws of the State of Georgia.

  • Licensed by the Georgia Board of Private Detectives & Security Agencies (O.C.G.A. § 43-38).

  • All officers and agents employed by AIPS meet or exceed Georgia’s requirements for training, background checks, and registration.

  • Armed personnel undergo state-mandated firearms training and qualifications.

  • Proof of licensure and Certificates of Insurance (COI) are available upon request.

Insurance & Liability

  • AIPS maintains comprehensive general liability insurance, workers’ compensation, and automobile coverage as required under Georgia law.

  • Clients may request a COI listing them as a certificate holder.

  • AIPS shall not be liable for losses outside the contracted scope of services or for incidents resulting from client failure to follow safety/security recommendations.

Use of Force Policy

​​

  • Officers are trained in de-escalation first and the minimum force necessary in accordance with Georgia statutes and AIPS policies.

  • Lethal force is only authorized under circumstances where Georgia law permits defense of self or others (O.C.G.A. § 16-3-21).

Non-Solicitation & Employment Policy

​

  • All AIPS personnel are employees or contracted agents of the company.

  • Clients agree not to solicit or hire AIPS officers directly during or within 12 months of a service contract.

​


Privacy & Data Handling

​

  • AIPS collects only the information necessary to provide contracted services (e.g., incident reports, visitor logs).

  • Digital reports are stored securely and shared only with authorized client representatives.

  • AIPS complies with applicable Georgia privacy and data security regulations.

​


Complaints & Oversight

​

  • Client complaints may be filed directly with AIPS management via the Contact page.

  • Formal complaints regarding licensing or regulatory issues may also be filed with:

Terms of Service

​

  • Security services are provided pursuant to written contracts.

  • All invoices must be paid in accordance with agreed terms.

  • AIPS reserves the right to refuse or terminate services in cases of unsafe conditions, non-payment, or client breach of contract.
